Recently on a trip to Philadelphia, we happened to run in to Hoss Pratt, one of the most successful real estate agents in the country. Hoss talks with Realtors all over the country on a daily basis, so we wanted to ask him a question: What is your advice to anyone who is a buyer or seller in today's market? Hoss Replied:

" Find an agent that is an expert in the market, and an expert in marketing. Find someone who understands the local marketplace at a very high level and work with the people you like working with. That's what it's all about."

About Kevin
