I’ve come to realize that real estate isn’t all about ‘winning’. It’s not a competition, so much as it is a contest to make sure that everyone involved in a transaction is happy about it. I’ve found over the years that those people that have the most empathy are usually the most successful in this business.

Real estate isn’t really about you. It’s about helping other friends and families find homes to live in. That’s why I like to give back to people. Sometimes giving really is the greatest gift of all.

This leads me to my next point - my daughter is leading a charity organization at St. Baldricks. She’s a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, she’s a great volleyball player, but she’s also very shy in front of the camera.

There is a fundraiser coming up, and she needs your help. It’s going to raise money to fight childhood cancer, and my daughter will be shaving her head to raise money. This isn’t an easy thing for a 12-year old girl to do, so any and all support would be much appreciated.

On March 20th, there will be a fundraiser hosted by St. Baldricks at the Westmere Firehouse. St. Baldricks is a non-profit organization that raises money to fight childhood cancer.

Meghan wants to raise $2,000 or more, and we appreciate any and all of your donations! Click here to visit her page!
